FLI CAP Technology has been at the forefront of industrial effluent treatment for more than three decades.
Established as a specialist process-engineering business focused on physical, chemical and biological treatment technologies, the company built its early reputation by solving complex wastewater challenges for food, beverage and dairy manufacturers across the UK.
As environmental compliance tightened and industrial production volumes increased, our clients required more robust, integrated and future-proof systems. In response, FLI CAP Technology expanded its capability from equipment supply into full turnkey project delivery — incorporating feasibility studies, process design, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical installation, automation and long-term plant optimisation.
This evolution enabled us to deliver increasingly advanced treatment solutions, including large-scale balancing systems, DAF clarification, pH correction, biological processes such as MBBR, activated sludge and MBR systems, and tertiary treatment technologies such as RO water recovery. Our track record now includes hundreds of successful installations across leading UK and Irish manufacturers, including food producers, dairies, bakeries, tissue mills and pharmaceutical facilities.
Our integration into FLI Global, a multi-disciplinary environmental engineering group, strengthened our offering even further. With shared expertise in water treatment, civil engineering, modular construction and environmental infrastructure, we are able to deliver projects of greater scale, complexity and certainty while maintaining the responsiveness and technical focus of a specialist team.
