Chris Woods
Chris Woods joined FLI CAP Technology in 2019. His career has focused on the industrial wastewater treatment and water recycling sector since 1996, developing water treatment specialism during his Civil Engineer degree. Chris has strong interests and passion in developing and delivering innovative, sustainable solution to benefit manufacturing businesses. In the role of Divisional Director, he works across the technical, commercial and delivery teams aligning client requirements with project deliverables.

Jonty Olufsen
Jonty Olufsen is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience delivering high-value engineering projects across the waste management and food and beverage sectors. A Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Institution of Waste Management, he has led complex, multidisciplinary projects in both consultancy and contracting environments. His expertise spans the strategic planning and delivery of integrated civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation solutions, consistently driving operational excellence and long-term value.Â

Peter Singh
Peter J Singh joined FLI Cap Technology in Nov 2025. He has spent the last plus 30 years in engineering, project and programme management within the water, waste, industrial, recycling and green energy fields. This has been in positions with Design & Build contractors, Consultants and Clients. This has been both managing large teams on multiple site frameworks as well as a dedicated individual role fixing and problem resolution. An Electrical Engineer by degree, this blended with overall commercial/delivery team management roles has enabled Peter to see the detail needed as well as the overall vision for project delivery, execution and importantly meeting client expectations.

David Lea is an industrial wastewater specialist with over 20 years’ experience at FLI CAP Technology, engineering high-performance, sustainable treatment solutions for industrial clients across the UK and internationally. Combining deep process expertise with strong commercial insight, he develops integrated systems that reduce environmental impact, optimise operational efficiency, and ensure long-term regulatory compliance. With a career spanning process engineering, project delivery and technical sales, David excels at translating complex wastewater challenges into reliable, innovative, future ready technologies that deliver measurable environmental and commercial value for clients.

Jake Beaver
I have always been interested in the environment and water chemistry. For over 10 years I have been designing and sizing industrial and municipal equipment. Working for FLI Cap we are developing our suite of 3D modelling and design packs to give our clients better clarity and understanding. Outside of work I am a new dad to a beautiful little boy and when I am not caring for him you may find me on a golf course or even on a wakeboard.
