Employee Spotlight: Barry – Site Manager

At FLI CAP Technology, we recognise that our people are our greatest strength. 

This month, we’re highlighting Barry, one of our Site Managers, and celebrating his recent professional achievement.

Barry joined FLI CAP Technology in June 2021 and plays a key role in delivering our projects on site. 

His responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, coordinating subcontractors, ordering materials and ensuring the highest standards of site safety are maintained throughout each phase of delivery.

Alongside his role, Barry has successfully completed a Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management (Building & Civil Engineering). 

The qualification, which took three years to complete, covers all aspects of construction management and reflects Barry’s dedication to developing his skills and expertise.

Barry commented:

“This is an example of what can be achieved when given the opportunity, ambition and time.”

Outside of work, Barry enjoys boardsports, motorbikes and socialising, bringing a positive and energetic approach both on and off site.
