The initiative has been implemented to encourage proactive reporting and ensure that observations can be logged quickly and efficiently across all areas of the business.

By scanning the QR code using a mobile device, employees can immediately access a digital submission form to report any QESH-related observations. This removes the need for manual processes and allows information to be captured in real time, supporting quicker response and continuous improvement.

The QR codes are being displayed across office locations, project sites and on hard hats, ensuring they are easily accessible wherever teams are working.
