👏 Employee Spotlight: Mehdi Msayib

At FLI CAP Technology, we’re committed to investing in the next generation of engineering talent, and we’re pleased to introduce Mehdi, one of our Graduate Design Engineers.

Since joining the Design Department, Mehdi has been supporting the development of P&IDs, equipment schedules and 3D site models for industrial effluent treatment projects. 

He also plays a key role in design coordination and is developing his expertise across concept design, hydraulic calculations and process engineering.

Through structured training, site visits and hands-on project involvement, Mehdi has quickly applied his learning to real-world projects, helping bridge the gap between engineering design and operational delivery.

One of the projects he is currently supporting involves developing detailed 3D models to help visualise site layouts and identify design challenges at an early stage,  demonstrating the value of digital engineering in project delivery.
